Yes! You will receive a nice summary of what they talked about in an email. Among other things, you can find out what the child wants as Christmas presents.
How do I know what Santa will say to the child?
In the order form, you specify the child's name, the qualities they should be praised for, and areas for improvement. You can choose from hundreds of characteristics and activities we’ve prepared for you.
What if the child accidentally hangs up the call?
If your child is too young to manage the phone on their own, we encourage parents to help answer the call and then set the phone to speaker mode. If the call is cut off by accident, please contact our customer support team at [email protected].
